Terms of use
Last updated: 16 August 2026. These terms apply to your use of the Posimo website and early-access services. By using Posimo, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.
The service
Posimo provides tools for keeping personal memories together, inviting replies, and preparing selected material for future Eternity Mode features. Features may change while Posimo is in early access.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, recordings, stories, and other content you submit. You give APG352 only the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, and deliver the action you request. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
Invitations and links
You are responsible for sharing private invitation links only with people you trust. Do not use Posimo to harass, impersonate, distribute unlawful material, or attempt to bypass access controls. We may expire or remove invitations that create a security or legal risk.
Availability
We work to keep Posimo available and secure, but early-access software may contain defects, change, or be temporarily unavailable. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
