Community guidelines
A place to meet other people living with Posimo, ask questions and help shape what comes next. Updated 7 September 2026.
Be considerate
Welcome different experiences. Discuss ideas without personal attacks, harassment, hateful content or threats.
Choose what you share
Discussion posts and your community name are public. Keep private information out of posts, and get permission before sharing someone else’s photos or stories. Your companion’s memories are never automatically posted.
Keep discussions useful
Choose the closest category, search for existing discussions and describe questions clearly. Avoid spam, impersonation, scams and unsolicited advertising.
Accounts and sign-in
Use your existing Posimo account and username. Your linked device proves ownership; we store its public verification key, account identifier and acceptance of these guidelines. Existing accounts require an ownership check before the first device is linked. Forum email notifications are not enabled.
Moderation
Use the forum’s report option when something needs attention. Moderators can move or remove posts, restrict accounts and close discussions to protect the community. For account help, contact contact@posimo.io.
Your information
See our privacy policy for access, export and deletion requests. Forum login uses necessary session cookies. Signing out of the app’s community account does not also sign out a separate forum browser session.
